Today our Powerlifters doing the Arnold hit their last warm up or their opener depending on what they needed.  The lifters doing the in house meet hit their heaviest bench of the training cycle.  I am getting pumped to see these guys set it off this and next weekend.

I think it's really important to formulate a solid plan one month out from a meet. Sometimes things do not go as planned for a training cycle. You need to be intuitive and make changes where necessary to set yourself up for success.
