An excuse or justification, as a coach and instructor I have heard every excuse in the book. Most just don't cut it anymore, GO ALL IN OR QUIT.

Primary Back & Biceps
Changed up some exercises from the Meadows program, but kept the rep scheme and targeted muscles. Biceps are now a part of back training.
MONDAY
Today the powerlifting squad basically did a bar and change with squat, bench, dead. After that they did minimum accessory work. The rest of week is rest and travel.
