Meana Franco has quickly become a top-level 63-kilogram lifter after joining elitefts in August 2014. She works closely with Steve Goggins and is currently preparing for the DTS Open. Her all-time best total in the 63-kilogram class is 825 pounds.
Squat from Last Week
The lift was a box squat agains a strong and average band. In other words, it was f*cking hard.
Wednesday squats
Worked up to 5 plates for a set of 5 against Onyx Avg Bands and some geared crossfit at the behest of my training partners

Pretty happy with this, but I can feel myself starting to get beat up. Looking forward to finishing out the cycle!
