So maybe things are turning a corner. Made some progress yesterday with performance so that's very encouraging.
Max Effort Lower 8 Weeks Out RPS
Not a good plan to do max effort squats the day after a 4 hour kettlebell workshop but I did it. Squats were ugly, my knee was screaming at me today but 316 Lb triples are ok.

Yesterday Ken and I spent 4 hours taking a group of athletes and trainers through basic to advanced Kettlebell training, Live, Learn, Pass on.

The great news is I have control over most things on that list and am dedicated to moving past this and preparing to my greatest ability.
