Training at the compound on Tuesdays is nice and I think pulling heavy through the week will help me to finally break the 700 barrier in a meet.

This is the last heavy thing I lift for 10 days, openers set in place, time to recover, heal, foam roll, stretch , become a Gramma and then get my mind in the "Arnold Zone" !
