Funny thing happened this morning, I was told I have skinny legs by one of my students. Perception is a funny thing, my legs are far from skinny, they are not fat either. I have been training my legs hard lately and am pretty proud of how strong my legs are. Building bigger quads has been my Moto since my shoulder injury and I think it's working.
