Block 1, Week 6, Day 1 - Assistance @ Richmond YMCA

I did my usual assistance day while visiting my Mom down in Richmond because I had some time commitments that prevented me from training events.

For hammer curls, 1 rep=L, R, Both.  I really want to add a seated calf raise/anterior tibialis machine to the garage gym, but I will need to wait until we get a bigger garage (hopefully soon!).

Since I currently despite my current programming and every training day seems worse than the last most of the time, I'm going to take a deload this coming week and then drastically change up my programming to give myself a different stimulus and make it easier to train as I have a whole bunch of new and exciting life stiff going on/coming up over the next couple months.
