An incredible amount of volume that helped set the tone for the future of this 4 week transmutation phase. I did 4 sets of 5 at 687 on squats, and 3 sets of 3 at 675 on pulls with ZERO grip issues. Really happy with how things are looking.
Squatting 3x a week, and at the end of this block I am set to hit an 805lb pause squat, and later in the week 705 for 5 sets on this day. Beating the Russian is the only goal.
