Block 8, Wave 2 - BP

Last minute decision to compete at Maryland's Strongest Man this past weekend ended up with a win for me in the HW class.  My full write up with pics and video will be up on elitefts soon.  In the meantime, I feel like I was hit by the Polar Express, but that's no reason not to head out into the garage and do some crappy bench pressing on this glorious Monday!

2x340 - Most likely would have been good for 3 here if I hadn't competed the day before yesterday, but it is about time to reset my training max anyway.  Also, be sure to clear your mouth of saliva when benching if you plan to have any sort of forceful exhalation during your set to prevent spitting in your own face.  Unless you're into that sort of thing, in which case let your freak flag (and saliva) fly.

That was a genteel sufficiency for today and any more would have been a vulgar redundancy.  I'm off from school for the rest of the week, which means I'll have lots of time to do all the extra work I have been putting off for the last 2 weeks due to back to back competitions.  Also, pumpkin pie, turkey, stuffing, mashed potaters, who knows what all else, and that most delicious nectar of the gods, EGG NOG!!!
