Adjusting to a seven day training week will take some to adapt to after moving from a nine day work week.

Until that adaptation takes place Sundays will be now known as fuck my life Fridays, yes I know it's Sunday but fuck my life Sunday doesn't flow as well as fuck my life Friday

Rack pulls conventional below knee sets of 12 with 345 lbs

Sumo block pulls 3 in 2 sets of ten with 315 lbs

Squat five sets of 3 with 535 lbs, oops, that should have been 525

SSB 3 x 3 with 315 lbs

Rev hyper 3 x 15 with 6 plates
