This is the last day I will be under 80% probably for the rest of prep. 470 moved extremely well and I felt solid, probably could have pushed a little bit more but we had a HUGE training crew today and I decided not to jump up again.
Snatch Grip Deads went well but failed to get it recorded, all in all, a great training environment, lots of good coaching and lifting going on today
