Ken is forever adding to our gym and is getting great at welding, he added these new posts to our bench for reverse bands, works great, he has a hidden talent for sure, plus his sweet new Orange "Metal Jack" truck ! New posts coupled with our new Elitefts bench pad makes this bench unique !
While trying to build a bigger bench tonight I may have dropped a few lbs of water. Over 100 degrees and muggy this week but I'm not complaining, summer will be over before we know it and I will be complaining the steel is too cold.

Bicep tendon is still bothering me a lot, tried a closer grip tonight, love working with the bands.

LAT PULL DOWNS 70 LBS

Other than my right bicep training is going great, working on staying tight and I think the closer grip for me may be the hot ticket to not tucking on my bench.
Always, living, learning and passing on.
