I've torn my biceps tendon. I am scheduled to have surgery on June 1st, and will simply come back with time. I'd be lying if I claimed to be not upset by this, but I understand there is nothing I can do besides adapt and overcome. Which is exactly what I will do. I was working on gripping an axle bar on an off day and the tendon completely ruptured. I'm in a good bit of pain right now, but it will get better. I will treat my rehab as seriously as training and I will compete ASAP,
