Another road trip to Columbus Ohio to watch our good friend Bruce and some teammates compete but of course our first stop is London to the S4 Compound to see our second family and Elitefts Team. We frequent so often the 8 hour drive seems automatic. We set the car or truck on cruise and it knows just where to go.
Friday afternoon training was fun, I was 5 days out from surgery and couldn't squat with Molly & Brandon or Bench with Ken so I utilized all the machines I don't have in my home gym.
