Single ply walked out safety bar squats. I still have a couple weeks until I start up my Berserker program for Relentless MN. I am taking this time to get used to walking out squats with medium to heavy weights. I have been liking the safety bar because if I can walk out heavy weight and squat it with that bar it should make the normal squat bar alot easier.
