So yesterday's workout was absolutely brutal.

My old client and I still train about once a week, and we alternate between doing powerlifting-style training and CF-style. This week it was my turn to be subjected to pain.

Warm-up:

800m run


First Half:

A1. Push Press 3x6-8 @21X1 Tempo
Rest 1 min.
A2. Eccentric Push-up 3x8 @51X1
Rest 2 mins.

Conditioning:
B. 6 Rds for time:
Deadlifts @155 x 8
Wall-Walks (3x2-4)



Air Bike (aka "Satan's Tricycle):

Worked up to 20kcal output.

 

Literally almost died.
