Lifting weights and all the curls!
Finally back in the gym after a brutal week of being super sick. Knowing that I have a meet coming up I wanted to get back in a try to get the blood flowing everywhere before testing my knee on Sunday.
I did 1 set of 20 reps for the following movements:
- DB shoulder press
- Bicep curls
- Tricep push downs
- Chest press machine (I love this thing)
- Seated rows
- Walking lunges
- Calf raises
- Hamstring curls
- Back extensions
- John Meadows ab thingy with rope. I actually had to do 2 sets of 10 because these were rough
- Facepulls
Didn't take that long and I used heavy enough weight that it was a challenge to do 20 reps. I will be adding this in periodically for those days when I don't want to do anything.
