Today is the Lexen RPS spring fling meet and I have some helping to do. No training for me but I was at the meet all day helping several lifters however I could. The meet was ran great, probably one of the best meets I have ever seen Danny Dague put on. He has always provided good equipment but the pace of this meet was exceptional and not nearly as long as they usually are. I was helping Sabrina, Joe, Mario and Brandon. Sabrina did amazing achieving 4 PR’s and her Pro total. She should be very pound of her accomplishments. Joe and Mario hit some PR’s and Brandon popped his gear cheery benching for the first time in a meet in gear. Everyone qualified for the XPC Arnold and it was a successful day.
