I've been all over the board, one week I'm king fucking kong, and the next week I'm a fucking poodle. Programming is all over the fucking board; training is either a 10 or 0. So being so close to the Arnold and trying to play catch up as much as physically possible, I'm training both squat and deadlift on the same day.

Today's shit show went like this

Squats 620 x 2 x 3

Deads 565x 2 x 3 I did my doubles as singles tho, the first rep has been trash, and that's the only one that counts.

SSB work, some sumo block pulls, maybe some conventional rack pulls.

Reverse hypers 10 plates 3-4 sets of 10

And my ATWR leg split to finish up.

This day leaves me smoked, and benching less than 24 hours later is always dope too.
