Every Saturday morn we hold a conditioning class at the facility 9-10am. Today we hit some resisted sprints using bands/sled work/lots of mid-section work/and finished with sprints at 25yds, 50yds and 100yds. Some of our power lifters join the fun to burn some calories. The majority of the class are clients age ranging 30-50yrs old.
After classes on Saturdays I head to Ladue Missouri and train 1-1 a wrestler for an hour or so. Inside their house (mansion) they have a set up better than most facility's. Stocked with everything you would need to get better along with a wrestling room.
This upcoming week is the heaviest week of the training cycle for our 4 lifters competing in Vegas sept 12th. Looking to help them all get PR's and win their class.
As far as me I am stuck at 260lbs and cannot gain any weight. I started working out light this past week and know once I start adding muscle mass back the weight will get up. I am realistic I and am thinking going heavy won't be likely until the holidays or until my heart function is a lot better.
