Block 1, Week 2, Day 1 - Assistance @ YMCA
No jumps today due to left groin tweakage. It's feeling pretty good, but not jump around and jack it up again good.

I added wrist extension instead of expand yo hands bands and because I forgot to bring my neck harness with me. This is unfortunate because nothing screams "I don't belong in a commercial gym" quite like doing direct neck work on a Sunday morning with the cardio bunnies.
