Neutral grip DB press on a 45-degree bench.
I did two sets of thirty with 55 lbs. Slow and controlled.
Skull crushers, I did two sets of twelve with quarters on the fancy curvy curl bar thingy.
My elbows were screaming.
Cable tricep push downs
I did two sets of twenty-five each arm one set right side up next set immediately upside down, switch arms and repeat. I used 30 lbs.
Band pull aparts
I did three sets of twenty-five with the black mini with thirty seconds rest.
Overall
This is a relatively easy day, almost a recovery workout in a way.
My lower back sucked, I biked fifteen miles yesterday on the road with my trail bike, aka the truck.
Some notes I wrote were;

Do everything right
All hustle, no luck.
I do have a few bottles of luck laying around, but I'm waiting, for now.
