Treadmill 6min.  3:6mph for 4:20.  Then 4:6mph for 40sec

Neck 1x15. 95lbs

Ab PullDowns.  4x8 worked to stack 

DB Hammer Curls.  25/35/45/55/65 x6

Good week of training for myself. Looking forward to next couple weeks.

We tested for our groups last week. Did a mock meet for a small percentage of the clients and athletes and everyone else tested something out of the 10 tests daily.
looking forward to switching it up for the next 4 weeks.
