After a busy morning Lily and I headed to the compound. We will be moving soon and the place we are moving needs a lot of cosmetic work and I met with a contractor today for some estimates. We are excited to move from the apartment into a place of our own and done the way we want it. Life is amazing when you are with the right person.

warm-ups
hip rotations, Indian club swings, knee TKE's
hack squats
worked up doing sets of 10 to 7 plates per side for 10 reps (NO reverse bands)
reverse hypers
120 for 4 sets of 10-12 reps
Solid session with little rest between sets on the hack machine. Had me in the parking lot.
