Shoulders Tuesday Jan 27th.
Training this weekend didn't happen. Between being sick, tired and sore. I took the weekend to try and catch up on as much sleep as possible.
Seated Military press:

DB laterals ssw/ Front raises
I did 3 sets of 20 reps with differing weights. I did as many as I could do with the first weight, then dropped down and did more until I got to 20 reps.
Reverse pec deck

I have been battling a ton of nagging injuries. One is my right shoulder. So, I decided I needed to add a whole day to light volume based work just for my shoulders. To see if it is a weakness/imbalance or an injury. After this session I feel that it is more weakness than injury.
