I mean chest....Well that was a nice little deload week and a half ha. I had to cover another supervisors vacation so was working 6 - 4 then dad and husband duties. So, I took the chance to deload my achy joints and work some overtime.
Justin is back from Peru tomorrow and I took the day off. Back at the training.
I'm still mesmerized with Jeremy Hoornstra's shoulder work out video where he seated military presses 365 lbs. I suck hard at this movement and try to do every time I'm doing upper accessories.
Seated Military Press:

95 x 10 x 2. Last time I think this was the weight I used for my working weight.

175 x 3 x 10. This is very exciting to me. I understand it's not a lot of weight. But, if my shoulders are getting healthier and way stronger, That is good for everything!

I love this thing. Makes me feel like I can actually bench.

Ya. I did em. I have really small arms that are particularly small near the elbow joint. I'm trying to build up that area.
