Unfortunately I have been out of commission since my last lifting session, except for one very light jiujitsu drill class. My back wrnt into extreme spasms the day following my pulls, as the load put my SI joint totally out of place.
It is back to about 95% after my chiro appointment, but I am definitely aiming to be more careful. I felt great after the session but the day following was absolutely brutal. My hope is that I will eventually build back up, but for now I need to scale the weight way back and let my body adjust at the pace it wants to.
On the bright side, my jiujitsu game has gotten much better now with the extra focus on it, haha. I have been very conditioning-focused and it is helping a lot, including with how my joints feel in general and how my body is moving.
