SO this entire thing is still driving me insane. My workplace has not been exactly accommodating with my entire predicament.
I had a follow up with my doctor, and also spoke with a movement therapist. Upon returning to lifting I will be doing a lot more work to keep my joints healthy. Controlled articular rotations and the like.
I loaded 2 plates onto our metal sled and dragged it for 45 minutes. I apologize for how boring this log has become, but I can't do much. The holes in my radius also throb intensely anytime my heart rate flies up.
