I am changing that old wives tale, one day at a time. Or at least that is what I am telling myself, hah.
You know those days where you just feel like you would have been better off taking a rest day? I should have listened to my intuition today. I was definitely way off, after having not eaten very much all day, to running off of 3 hours of sleep, and being dehydrated.
I was pretty light-headed the whole time so I kept everything pretty light. Been playing around with a wider squat stance.
Squats:
