Today my snatch technique felt better than it ever has before in my life.  I credit this to training with Eric and Mike last week.  I talked to Eric about training with one or both of them more often, but as I am starting PT school in a month, my schedule is going to be up in the air for a while until  I can get into a routine.  This was also the last training session with my old power rack, since I got word that my new and oh-so-unbelievably AWESOME equipment from elitefts will be arriving this week.  I didn't even actually do anything that used my old rack today except for hold the bar while I loaded it and unloaded it.  This also means it is time to finish with the upgrades to the platform, which I was waiting on until near time of delivery because I have to take the rack off the platform to finish upgrading it.  I'll post more on that soon though.
