With exams and the studying that needs to be done for them, I won't be able to train again until Friday.  Fortunately, I was ahead on my studying enough that I was able to take the time to train today.  It was just another 3 exercise session, but I'll take that any damn day over not being able to train against my will.

My left arm overall was not cooperating with the game plan for my overhead work and limited some sets while turning others that should have been smooth into grinders.
