Trying to get that pop back, taking time off seemed to drain my explosiveness. So I'm throwing in the speed day-

Ran the typical 9 x 3 with 30-40 second rest time

I used 275, I wanted to use 315, but I didn't have the speed, that- well speed day requires. Unlike some of you weirdos with yer rpe 19-speed day 1rm.
