I’m currently in meet prep for the 2015 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival during the weekend of March 6-8th. I will be competing on Friday, March 6th, 2015 at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.
Last Thursday wrapped up my final training session before the deload. This is very important that I get my rest and enjoy a bit of a break from training hard and let my body adapt. The next leg of prep has me handling the most weight by far, and I need to be as crisp as I can be to optimize my performance on meet day. The first half of prep has gone exceptionally well, and I'm pleased with my results. I'm in a much better driver seat than I was going into my last meet. Now it just comes down to putting the pieces together.
