I was pressed for time so I did my 10x3 deadlift, every minute on the minute. I only used 275 bar weight with an elitefts average band. The first few sets were easy, the last few sets were tough. I'm trying to get in a little better shape and get back to being somewhat athletic, so the rushed workout was actually pretty good.
