*6 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*
This was the 3rd week in my speed wave for squat/deadlift training. Before getting started Matt Smith and Dave Tate talked to me a little bit about some things to consider as I go into these last few weeks of training and making sure I am recovered and gain my speed back before the meet. I'm always thankful for good input from the guys that have been doing this for a long time!
Notes for Improvement: Keep working on "pop" off the box. Consistent setup for all sets (foot position relative to bar).
