Last training day while on vacation and I kept the trend alive by having a pretty not bad kinda day. Today was a little shorter since it's the last real vacation day due to having to drive home tomorrow.

3x400 - I would have gone up a little more on the work sets, but all the bars at globo gym had roughly zero knurling and I was a little concerned about having to dump the bar since it wasn't biting into my back the way it does when I use a good bar.

2x6x275 - I hate these very much, but I do think they have helped a lot with correcting some technique flaws I had developed. I'm gonna sub them out with something a little more fancy in my next training block, but if my squat doesn't keep improving, then I'll go back to them if needed.
