My friend Jeremy was in town today before heading to Florida for the summer so he came out to the Unit to train with me which was great because he was able to let me know definitively that I am in fact squatting to parallel or below despite the way it looks on video due to the angle/position I have the camera in as necessitated by the layout of the Unit.

1x450 - This felt better than 415 because I got a little forward on 415, but I didn't go up any more because I had a little too much left knee valgus movement and I didn't want to do anything too stupid before testing log on Thursday.  This was an easy 5 lb increase from last training block.
