Block 11, Wave 1 - SQ

I started out today with some light technique work for cleans to reinforce what I learned from Sean yesterday at American.  Feels like my shoulders and back are gonna be sore, but it hasn't set in yet.  I'm still playing with exactly how to lay out my next 3 months of training, but I know where I'm starting from and some of the changes I'm making so I wasn't winging it today (much).  I'm gonna have a programming chat with Nick later this week to bounce some ideas off him before I finalize my plans.

I think I need to change up the bands for chains for the first 6 weeks and then go back to bands for the next 6 weeks.

I also need to decide on accessories - what is limiting me most?

I was moving pretty slowly today overall (plus the prowler is still at the Unit) so I took a rain check on conditioning.  I'll take care of prowling tomorrow.
