I had to push my days back this week again like last week. My companies executive director retired Tuesday and his party was from 6-9. I was on the planning committee so I worked from 8am to 10pm Tuesday. Luckily the holiday gives room for changes.

Feeling the abuse of the training cycle and very happy to be winding down now. So happy I kept my DL training max at 700. I feel so much fresher now 23 days out then I did at this time last meet cycle.
