*6 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

Today's max effort movement was SSB Box Squats. Last time I did these I was pretty burnt out and got 460x2, and today I was happy that I was able to get a solid 460x3. This was followed by sets of 10 with straight leg deadlifts, using a controlled negative and light touch n go, something Steve Goggins and Casey Williams talk about a lot to help build hamstring strength.

Notes for Improvement: Drive head back right away off box for squats.

A. Standing Ab Pulldown Warm-Up (Band) - 4x12

B. Lat Pulldowns (light) - 3x12

C. SSB Low Box Squats - Triples up to 460x3 (Previous best 460x2)

D. Straight Leg Deadlifts - 3x10 w/ 315lbs

E. GHR Med Ball Drop Sets - 4xAMRAP

F. Standing Ab Pulldown (heavy) - 3x10
