I've been feeling good and my body is responding well to the training I've been doing. I recently spoke with Dave and he feels that I'm about a month ahead of schedule for my December meet. This is setting up a "meet prep" training cycle that should allow me to only squat 3 times a month. The plan there is to allow optimal recovery, reduce the chance for injury while being able to increase my total from last year.

step-ups - step was set to hip was about 3-4" above parallel

holding 35-pound dumbbells for 10 steps each leg
holding 75-pound dumbbells for 3 sets of 10 steps each leg
inverse curl machine
90 pounds of assistance for 3 sets of 8 reps
athletic trainer
90 pounds for 2 sets of 60 seconds of steps
