Well today was just awful, but I was kind of expecting that so it was not a huge deal.  Ryan and Inman joined me and they both did very well and hit PRs so that made the morning better.  I'm just about finished with my current block of training - 2 waves to go, one deload and one heavier wave.  I think I am going to tweak the next block a little bit so that it takes 16 weeks instead of 17 weeks for me to complete.

18" Axle DL

10x70

2x5x270 - This felt bad, not a good sign.

3x360

2x450

1x500

1x550

0x600

3x550 - 500 and 550 felt easy, then 600 just sucked.  I pulled it to my knees and got the death shake in my legs so I just stopped rather than trying to complete the lift.  Normally I would have stuck with it, but with the issues I've been having recently with my right hip rotating forward, it was not worth chancing it today.  The triple at 550 when I dropped back down was easy and I felt like I was good for several more reps there.  Not sure if I was out of position or if I'm just not used to doing partial pulls (which I have historically sucked at), but I have full faith that this will get better before too long.  Ryan and Inman both hit PRs on this.

Press Medley (log, circus DB)

log complex x 85

log complex x 135

CDB complex x 75

log complex x 175

2ea x 125 - CDB

2x225 (log), 1ea x 145 (CDB) - Everything felt craptastic.

1x245, 1ea x 145 - Log felt better, CDB felt worse.

1x265, 2x165 (right arm only) - Log was easy again, circus DB was much worse.  No good reason for this as it's only been a few weeks since I last did CDB.

Farmer's Walk (turn @ 60')

120' x 110

120' x 200

120' x 290 - Weight felt easy, but I was slow as molasses.  Also, I forgot how much more farmer's sucks when you have to do turns.
