Squats with the crew today, we had a bigger crowd than usual. I spent a lot of time helping others,  wrapping Ken's knees, giving people treatments with our percussor.  I didn't get to spend as much time training as I would have liked too but I am still off season. Helping people is what I love to do so sometimes that pays off more for me than a bit more self training.
