Got to lift!!
What a shitty couple weeks. Literally. There is a stomach bug going around right now and it is brutal. Causing violent diarrhea or vomiting or both hit everyone in our family as well as most people that I know.
Needless to say this caused a few missed sessions for everyone.
I eased back into training with some bench pressing and accessories at the barnyard barbell.
I also did some pressing with the sling shot and swiss bar. Everyone is about to start gearing up for the final stages of training for the RPS meet in Kingston ON in October.
