After the first 70' run I dropped the yoke and added 25s to it so the return run was 50 lb heavier. This got awful pretty quickly.
Prowler
4x120'xprowler+140 - I wanted to do 6 runs here, but I hit complete failure on the 4th run and my life and breakfast was flashing before my eyes. I am currently fat and gross.
