Either today or tomorrow will be the last day I can train for the rest of the week due to school/studying/exams which sucks, but that's why I keep making time to train any and every day that I an because I know I will have big stretches were I won't be able to do it.

10x2x295 + chains
Grip was slipping a little on some of my second reps, Probably need to start chalking up for these.
Lateral Stepdowns/Single Leg Back Ext
3x{20ea x BW/10ea x BW}
Hips/trunk still too tight and making me twist on the stepdowns.
