My log clean is trash since I've been taking it easy on my right biceps to let it heal up so today I did 2 cleans + 1 jerk which I dubbed the asshole complex because I'm the asshole who can jerk more than he can clean right now.

Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns/Seated DBMP

I set my shoulder blades down before doing each rep of pulldowns and let it up with a 4 count negative.  For the presses 1 rep was L, R, both.
