Block 9, Wave 2 - SQ

Today I worked for a whopping half a day to start out my six week affiliation.  With trying to figure out all the new stuff I need to coordinate to get where I need to go at the appointed hour, in the uniform of the day, and be properly prepared, half a day was more than enough to beat me like a red-headed stepchild (as the saying goes, though it occurs to me that soon this might be considered "offensive" and send red heads, stepchildren, and those who grew up with corporal punishment running in outrageous, triggered, indignation for their safe spaces).   Tomorrow is a long day at work so I'll finish up this week of training either on Thursday or Friday before heading back to the Eastern Shore to hit events this weekend.  Anyhoo, since it was a short day, I got in to the Colosseum early to do some light cleans and crappy squats and had a good old time.
