Deload
It wasn't really a one day deload, but this was the only training day I did during the deload week.
I just did my rehab stuff for my right knee, which I injured my meniscus in a couple months back. The rehab is going well and I really like the blood flow restriction cuffs for any rehab work for arms or legs.

I had considered doing more today, but I have a TON of stuff to do so in and out is better.
