I'm feeling much better but going to take it easy until the prednisone is completely out of my system. One of the side effects of it are weakened tendons and rupturing one of the is the last thing I need right now.
I did get a new pair of shoes though. Yes I'm putting in my training log that I got a new pair of shoes. I got the Metal Powerlifting shoes and I think I'm going to like them. I only had the on for a few minutes but they stick to the floor really well, have zero cushion and are snug. I'll squat in them this coming weekend and update after that.
